Nia Castellanos opened The Marlow in 2022, after a decade behind bars across Chicago. She wanted to make a room where nobody rushes you—a place for a well-made drink, a good record, and the kind of conversation that takes its time.
That idea still guides everything here. The cocktails are thoughtful, the welcome is easy, and there’s always room to stay for one more song.
